Therapy can be a short-term experience navigating crisis or it can be a longer process to learn more about who you are. There is no cookie cutter process with therapy therefore I utilize a person centered approach.
I understand that due to COVID-19, many of you are working from home and caring for others leaving little time for yourself. Therefore, I also offer early morning appointments and late evening and I try my best to make accommodations when possible.
